So I've seen a few of these pop up on here and everyone I've seen people have found something they've forgotten so I figure it'd be a good idea to do one myself. Any observations are welcome.
-Tent -Sleeping Bag -Cot -Camping Chair -Blankets -Clothes (t-shirts, shorts, underwear, socks, pants, hoodie) -Poncho -Sunscreen -Clean wipes -Bucket Hat (with bug repellent built into fabric) -Shades -Food -Cooler and Ice -Flashlight -Glowrings -First Aid kit (bandaids, mole skin, gauze pads, ACE bandage... anything else?) -Camera with fully charged battery plus spare, 2 blank mem cards. -Crocs, sandals, shoes - Pillow -2 gallon jugs water -Gallon green tea -12 pack Poweraide -Chapstick w/ SPF -Nalgene bottle -Bandana -Notebook with pen (I love to record experiences such as this as it's happening. plus any names and info of people I meet) -Alcohol -Smokes -My Ticket

(in 05' a friend that was driving down with us forgot his tickets, he had just driven 4 hours when he realized it. He had to turn around drive 4 hours back to get the tickets then another 7 hours to get back to Bonnaroo!! no kidding!!)

I actually already had ziplock bags and eyedrops, but I must've forgotten to add them to the list.
One thing I just realized i forgot to add to the list was my propane stove! I would've been a bit sad if I made it all the way to Manchester and realized I left this at home. Thanks for all the suggestions so far.
