How early can I arrive at bonnaroo without being turned away? I dont really like long lines and I would like to get in my Roo as soon as possible (like now if possible ;D).

I think they open sometime Wednesday night. You will be in BFE, but you can get in. Not sure on an exact time. Wait at the Walmart and drive in with everyone else when they open that night.
Officially, no one's allowed in before 7AM Thursday. But they always open the gates earlier. Don't know what time, it probably depends on when a line starts to form, but you'll be able to get in Wednesday night. You'll get a better spot if you wait till Thursday morning.

As a first time roo'er, I'm curious to know what this BFE stuff is.
It's been explained elsewhere but, I'll give you a brief definition. If you arrive too early, you will be directed to park in BFE. BFE is anywhere from a 20-50 minute walk to Centeroo. You will most likely get more camping space/privacy but, heading back to camp throughout the day will be difficult. Many people who end-up there choose to lug their stuff over to "tent-only" for convenience. That about covers it.

They usually open the gates about 7pm Wed and those people get BFE 30-45 minute walk.
I always arrive 7am-8am and have always gotten a decent spot. That being said my sister went one year in a separate car (we were 3-4 cars apart) and she got BFE, 45minute walk away while I was right across from Tent Only. IT'S CRAPSHOOT.
