As your attorney I advise you to drive at top speed and it'll be a Goddamn miracle if we get there before you turn into some kind of wild animal. Are you ready for that? Checking into a Las Vegas hotel under a phony name with the intent to commit capital fraud with a head full of acid? I certainly hope so...

theres also a huge warning at the bottom about how theyll be making a huge effort to keep drugs out of bonnaroo this year... were the warnings as strict last year?

does anyone know the details of the showers. (personal or open)
I've heard the female side is personal and the male is open...not sure if this is correct. I would imagine you get personal space and don't have to be naked in front of everyone. This isn't 6th grade gym class.

thats liability. they have to say it. Its the same as anywhere else. Look what happened after last year's wakarusa debacle, there numbers were down 20k this year. I don't think superfly would risk it
I don't know about this corporate sponsor bullshit, but the free showers are wide open. Last year they had a cargo container that was open on both ends, and had a few sinks on one end and a row of shower heads at the other.
Last year at gratefulfest, I somehow wandered into the artist area and they had a full semi-trailer rig that had full enclosed showers -- very clean, like a health club locker room on wheels.

Free showers? Are you referring to the troughs? I think they were asking if the pay showers were open or not?
Campground ambassadors? Can someone explain? When it says they provide security, does that mean camp close to them and someone will have eyes on your stuff when you are gone?

All I know is that last year I took one shower Sunday afternoon before Phil and it was 1) free 2) in an open cargo container 3) full of males and females in various stages of disrobing
anything about this year's pay showers would be speculation

Well, damn, that changes everything! If there are shower heads in there and it's free..why pay for it??? ???

That's why I'm a little skeptical of these corporate sponsored showers for $7 or whatever. If there were free showers in the past, (though with no privacy) and a this year someone is sponsoring the showers (paying Superfly), then why would they need to charge?
I'm guessing they've had private showers available for a fee in the past, I just never encountered them. I'll be pissed if there are no free showers in the hopes of shaking down a few extra bucks from us, even though I probably won't shower for the duration anyway.
Never seen free showers, but never looked real hard. Seems strange when I saw the $10 showers each year. Can't imagine they'd allow free showers now since they sold sponsorship of the showers to Garnier.
Hell, I love the troughs so I'm not worried either way. In fact I'd probably use the troughs over the free showers just to avoid the crowds.
