We're planning on getting to Manchester late Wed night/early Thursday morning and were planning on hanging out at the Walmart. But exit 114 is south of 112 on I-24, so will it be easy to get to coming from the North? We'd probably get there like 3-5am, but will I-24 already be way backed-up with cars coming from the North? If so, is there a way around to approach the Walmart from the South?
At that hour you should be able to go to Exit 114 no problem. Backed up traffic is kept in right lane or on shoulder. Left lane is kept ope for through traffic.
