Hey folks, sorry to post this in its own thread when I'm sure this has been answered elsewhere, but it appears the SEARCH function has picked the worst possible time to bollix up. Sigh.
I'm going VIP for the first time this year and was wondering what accommodations are like for VIP day parking. Much appreciation for any info.
Never been before but since most people are gone I will give you what I have learned. I here that us in VIP can driive in and out as we wish. I also have heard nothing about a VIP day parking, so maybe you just drive into the regular VIP camps and leave when you like. If that is the case, you have no worries. Good luck.

Well, unfortunately, found out at VIP checking that there *is* no VIP day parking. WTF?!??!! You pay triple the price and don't get services offered to the GA folks? Apparently you can't leave VIP once you're in there, which sure would have been nice to know in advance. Luckily some neighbors are renting their yard out nearby...
Still having an awesome time, but am pretty royally pissed over not having been told about this in advance...'Roo should really not be selling hotel packages to VIP people, then making it incredibly difficult to use them. I heard a rumor there was a shuttle, but can't find any info on bonnaroo.com and bonnarootickets.com now shows nothing but SOLD OUT messages. Siiiiiigh.
Boy am I confused-- I saw several people driving to and fro. And I got shuttle messages in my email a week prior and I didn't even have shuttle tickets. Not sure where the disconnect is here.
We've done VIP day parking for the last 2 years and it was SO easy! We parked right near the exit and got in and out in no time. Just be aware that your vehicle gets searched each time you go in. Have fun !
