I have a Kelty Zen, sounds simmilar. It has a large vestibule, super easy setup, lightweight and its practically a submarine. Ive been through a couple monsoons in it and have never gotten wet, best tent i have ever owned.
I just bought a Eureka Lite'n'up 3 (formerly Eureka Zeus LE) off of amazon.com afew weeks ago for a good deal. Same single-walled quick set up design. 4-5 lbs for a 2-3 person tent isn't too bad. I mainly got mine for backpacking, but it'll definitely be at ROO!
