hey. so im looking for a tent to bring to langerado! in the past i've always had my friends worry about the logistical stuff like a tent.. but since they are flyin (i hope... they can scrounge up he $) well im looking for a tent..
this one looks sweet. also a steal at such a discount. any tent experts have any advice?
Its Columbia so it should be pretty legit but just to make sure, buy the tent sealant. You can find it in either spray or a stick style applicator. Dont wanna wake up in the middle of the night with water seeping through the floor or your tent.
asked the exact same question last year and bought it too! It s a pretty great tent, loads of room for two people, lots of places to stash your stuff, and vents pretty well. I sealed the hell out of it the week before and it stood up to a thunderstorm. Its almost ridiculous how easy it is to set up, colour coded poles and clips, did it myself in less than 10 minutes. Has a cute little clip on mat for the outside that I thought was dumb, but was great for dusty shoes.
I do reccomend you get a tarp for under it, just in case it rains.
