on 2nd thought DAMN! good deal but i wish christmas time wasn't the best time to buy ROO gear because i'm broke as hell and am unemployed due to moving and can't afford this right now but i know i won't get a deal like this again

Good deal. We stay in VIP with a pop up camper and there wouldn't be room for something that size. A 10X10 or 12X12 is about all that would fit. I have one that size I use for family get-togethers. Bought it cheap through a golf supply store. It wasn't water proof though, is that one?

This one is waterproof...We stay in Vip too .last yr we brought our motor home ,with gas being what it is that thing will stay parked this yr . In VIP there is plenty of room ..this is 10'X20'
