What do you ladies pack your 'Roo fashions in? A suitcase? Duffel bag? Back pack? In 2012 I used a duffel bag, wasn't happy with that. Last year I used a space bag, which was alright, but hard to keep organized over the weekend. Any tips!?
I am still figuring out my best packing method. At every fest, no matter how organized I feel I am beforehand, I feel like I'm always digging through the bottomless pit of my suitcase or bag to find things, and it's so frustrating!
This year I'm going to pack things in cheap plastic shelving (like this: Shelving).
Because I 'll be able to see through the drawers, I can find things easier, and nothing will be getting hidden like it does in duffel bags.
I usually keep all my clothes in one duffel, all my accessories and such in another smaller duffel and then another bag for tutus and other costumey things (legwarmers, vests, panda hoods..). I'm flying to Roo for the first time this year. I might need to cut back on the number of tus!
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

I pack everything in a plastic storage trunk then roll up each outfit individually. There's no digging for tops and bottoms, ect. Shoes go to one side, then towels, etc so I don't have to take a bunch of stuff out when I need something. I roll up my tutus and place them on top along with everything else that I won't keep in the trunk all weekend. I can fit everything I need it so I don't have to lug around multiple bags.

I have been flying in since '09. I have learned what is and is not essential to my weekend. I only bring an internal frame pack and a backpack. Almost all of the clothing gets packed in the backpack. I pick up last minute or forgotten items on Wednesday when I arrive in Nashville.

So ladies, this question is not fashion related exactly, but it is body related. I've been considering breast reduction for a few years now. Today I found out that my health plan has no exclusions regarding the surgery (unless you are removing implants, which I am not!). As long as if I have basic documentation from my doctor, of issues such as back or shoulder problems, other discomforts etc., my health insurance should cover it (with some out of pocket costs). I am 5ft 4 and around 140lbs (which is about 10lbs more than usual) and I am 34DD, which is not really in proportion with my size/frame.
Have any of you had this surgery, or know anyone who has, and have any advice? I plan on talking to my doctor soon, but I am pretty sure I want this surgery (for SO many reasons). If I am going to do it, I plan on doing it this year, before my health plan adds exclusions (apparently most health plans have them already).
Thanks guys! I didn't really want to post this on FB, plus I feel like people I don't know well, maybe more honest with their thoughts, than close friends (although my best friend and husband both fully support me doing it) or family
My bff's mom did this many many years ago and never regretted it. She is quite short so it did make her body more balanced in addition to the back relief. Since you're on here, are you going to roo this year? Ever done the topless/body paint thing? Could be a fun last hurrah to celebrate your body as is before making permanent changes. This might be way out of your comfort zone but sometimes roo brings out the 'why not?' in people. Also I wouldn't take it too far down as you may find that you miss (some of) them. Maybe try smashing them down to see how it will look in clothes. As someone who is flat-chested with wide hips I can tell you that I totally understand feeling my shape is off but I have been enjoying big bottoms recent popularity in a boob-obsessed society. Anyway it sounds like you have already made up your mind! And awesome that you have a lot of support (uh, hehe not that kind of support)! Best breast wishes!

Haha hell no, not with these huge things down by my belly button!! I may do it if they are smaller and perky though I would not even go to Roo without a bra under my clothes. Seriously though, I am 47 so it's unlikely!
I will probably aim for a B cup, depending what the doctor says. Definitely no smaller than that. I've had these things long enough that I KNOW I will not miss anything about them for sure.

I have a friend who had it done relatively young, she was only 23, and she has never regretted it. She feels much better after having it done.

Do it! I know a few women who have had lifts and reductions and they always say that they're so happy with the results and their new body confidence. I've been thinking about getting a lift because I love my DDs but they just aren't the same after having and breastfeeding two kids. I think if you would be more comfortable and confident then it's a no-brainer. You have to do what makes you feel good!

Thanks for the encouragement I do not even love them, so for me it is a no-brainer. I just wanted to hear other's thoughts and see if anyone had been through it. I think I will feel like a new person and I know it will boost my body confidence.

I had a reduction and lift last year after roo. Now mind you I lost most of the mass by losing weight but you can't do that because you are already small. A few years ago, when I was heavier I had E-F cup. I would do it in a heart beat! I LURRRRVE my new boobies and my neck/back/shoulder problems are non-existent! I'm a small C now btw.
BTW the surgery I had would probably be the same you will have. It was a breeze to get through!

I've been wanting to do this! I saw it on Pinterest and thought it was genius! I kind of want to get one of the larger, 3 drawer ones and limit everyone to one drawers worth of stuff, but I dunno if my travel mates will go for that...they don't much like my OCD

Has anyone ever heard of this website? pretty much everything on there is dirt cheap, I just don't know how reliable it is, so I'm afraid to order from it, and probably won't unless I find someone that has shopped on there before. Some of the clothing on there is questionable, but they had a lot of cute shorts and tees.

I've looked in to it and I've read nothing but bad reviews. Trouble with getting orders, items falling apart or not as described, no help with exchanges or refunds, refusing to refund money when items were never shipped, etc.

Speaking of swimsuits, www.swimsuitsforall.com has 25-50% off sitewide until the 29th. They have really great options in sizes 8 through like, 34. And they're not all granny suits. I just got a new fatkini that I'll be rocking this year

I think a one piece bathing suit is probably one of the easier items to buy online. They are all so cute, but I am planning my breast reduction surgery this summer, so don't want to spend the money on one until after that.
I've gotten several tankinis and tummy tuk swim shorts from them I'm quite pleased with. The only issue may be making sure the sizing works well, but hopefully it'll be fine.
