In line for about 3 hrs, got in about 2-3 pm Thurs, parked in Camp Lando Carisian, about a 2 minute walk to Centeroo. Amazing. I hope we get this lucky again though this year I would like to be put in a camp with less frat boys. Oh well.
Three hours was long but. in all honesty, traffic is moving on the highway so you can save yourself hours but just jumping in line. But then you would be evil and get very bad karma. I just always thought it was a testiment to the good people who go to Roo that they wait patiently on the side of the road for hours.

if you jump the long line... you'll be 1 of the cars they direct straight to BFE... the Bonnaroo Gods frown upon cutting in line(even if you are "just going to Walmart")
Arrived at the "12 mile line" at 11am Thursday...made it to the RV section 5 hours later.
We watched a lot of folks that tried to cut in line and some got away with it, but we also saw a few get pulled over by cops, so there's your karma for ya!

Yeah I got in around that time and was camped in Lando or Chewbacca. I can't remember which exactly, but I know it was about a five minute walk to Centeroo.
Last year it was just all of us in one vehicle. This year we are coming in several. Are there any problems with staying together? How do they usually handle that?
^^^Let security know you're together and they'll help with traffic some. Also let people in cars know. I know I let at least a dozen cars cut in front so they could stay with their group. Bonnaroovians are good like that.
^^^BFE is Bum Fucked Egypt and so by definition is at least a half hour walk and can be up to an hour. BFE is just our term for being waaaaay out there and usually refers to camping in the far bottom right corner of the map or far upper right corner.

in 2006 we got there about mid-afternoon and ended up in Han Solo. not too bad a walk.
in 2007, the traffic line was very long when we got there just after dark. by the time way got in it was probably 9 or 10 pm. we got parked in the "Family Section" or what was supposed to be family section. i think they ran out of room and had to pack us in that space at the last minute. the walk to centeroo was kinda short but the access in and out of that camping area was terrible.

Last year, we arrived as the sun was coming up Thursday morning and were in Camp Dr. No, which was pretty far away. BUT!!!!! We loved where we were!! Can't wait to see you all this year!
