I know its soon, but last year I got in a bit late! Is there going to be some representation from the Inforoo crew..If so could we start a post of time and area? I was lost last year! Also, is there a certain spot that inforoo gets or is there a luck of the draw, did go around asking, but no one knew where you guys were located! Come on guys and girls lets represent our INforoo COMMUNITY!

my group will most likely meet up at the walmart. but we most likely won't be rushing to get in, from what i've heard, it seems as, if you're on line by 10:30am you seem to get a better spot than when you're on line right when they start letting you in.
Not to worry. There will be a bunch of us VIP'ers partying into the night as we have nowhere to be until morning when the VIP line opens up at the Holiday Inn down the street.

ugh....last year my night at walmart was hell. i couldn't sleep one bit (too cold outside) and there was too much noise. i felt like shit the next day. i finally started sleeping in my friend's car for about an hour when the cops came and made everyone leave. hopefully this year will be different!
We got there around 3am last year, and immediately started downing shots of VO, and drinking wine. Needless to say, shopping at Walmart was pretty damn interesting that night.
As a college student, I'm strapped for money. I work right next to a Wal-Mart, and it's so hard to refrain from shopping there, because the prices are so damn cheap. I mean, where else can you get a full dining room set for four for like $15?
I have a personal ban against them, though. If you don't know about all of their shady practices and the way they absolutely shit on their employees, you should do some research. Not to mention the way they absolutely destroy the traditional Mom-and-Pop type stores that define many smaller suburban neighborhoods.

but - since we are talking about meeting there and not necessarily shopping there at this point - are you gonna meet up at Wal-mart???
Oh and BTW - there are those of us that wish we could afford to not shop there but when I have to buy clothing for all 3 girls, plus make-up and hair products and stuff like that - Wal-mart is the cheapest
Look for a group of 15 or so cats representing SC early Thursday Morning. I missed the meet up last year due to court, but will be there fresh on time this year.
Can't wait to raid them last minute for Vienna Sausage, canned green peas, and powdered Gatorade.
And, yes, it would only make sense to have "Corncat" be our rally cry.

yeah, for real. i don't like endorsing a company that treats people how walmart treats employees//the communities they build in, but im a poor college student and i really can't find anywhere else that beats the walmart prices.
i'm buying a megaphone so i can yell 'corncat' and locate everyone.
damn, inforoo is keeping me from studying for my 2 exams tomorrow. someone kick me out of here for the day.

Hey I'm pretty much set on getting a ticket for bonnaroo. You think they'll last till next weekend? Anyway. Whats the address of this walmart? I was going to leave early wednesday morning from NJ and sleep in the car until thursday morning. I'd love to join!

They should still be on sale next weekend. seems like they don't sell out until May/June, i think. and even so, you can always see if someone on a board is selling theirs [often times a friend or two will cancel] or you may get a good deal on ebay. but i definitely dont think theyll sell out before next weekend.
Oh very cool I actual have 7 friends who are supposed to go, I'll be ordering tickets for whoever has money next weekend the rest can get them when they want but I'm so not missing this. I have been looking for that show or concert...THIS my friend is IT. I can finally be with my people! The music lovers!
haha, I'm even going to make a flag. I have a pirate banner in my room so if you want to find me look for the skull and crossbones!
Well, last year was my first year and I kept reading on this board about the wal-mart. Can I just say I was just LOST and In AWE! as was my brother. We must have looked like to lost puppies walking throught the whole crowd since NO ONE looked like their avatar or had their screen name on their chest(isnt that sad). It was trully a scene! We got in at about 3 am and the party was still going 100mph. So we chilled drank beer and soaked it all in. Tried to sleep but I was too excited to get in. We got in line as soon as the sun broke and were way way out there by the trees (which was nice for the shade). I want to meet you all this time so do it...do it..be there and share a beer with me

it's going to be my first time there this year. i'm planning on just yelling corncat and then finding my way to the NOMs, cause of the whole no one looking like their avatar thing lol

eh i bought 5 tickets and i stupidly didn't get the money beforehand. i hope that my friends pay me back
with the flag, may wanna do something to it to make it stand out if youre hanging it in the camping section of Roo. I havent been but i feel like there might be a couple pirate of other pirate flags.
just imagine a TON or people partying infront of WalMart...now multiply that times 100 and a bunch of RV's Campers, tents in the retention pond and the random sleeping bag on the floor with some human sleeping in it...ITS WILD. I will be looking out for you guys, I would love to meet with you all. Last year we could not get anyone else to join us, but this year we got two more so it should be 4 of us and hopefully more! yeah not to brag but we got a camper to pull into roo so we can sleep in the morning!
