My brother got our parents to lend us their RV that they just bought. I am kinda excited and worried at the same time. For those of you who have done both camp and RV. did you loose the bonnaroo experience by RVING or was it the same and better?? Would you go back to camping?
any and all input would be great!

As my Inebriated buddy walks out of the Porto, he yells out, "Dude...I love this place...bonnaroo thinks about everything...they even put beer holders next to the toilet!"
Had to break it to him that that was the urnal. Good times good times!

I've camped every year so far but this year i'm taking an rv. I think i'll be able to enjoy the festival even more by taking one. you'll have every advantage that a camper has plus you have the luxury of having an rv...bathroom, bed, stove, more shade, AC, etc. And you'll also be a little closer.
my only complaint is that i'll be a little further away than usual because i always stay in tents only.
But the rv section has the same vibe and same kind of people, with the luxury of having an rv.

I'm in the same boat. I camped last year, and now my parents have a pop-up I'm planning on taking. The pop-up is still pretty close to camping but it has the glorious A/C. I love camping, but I think anything that will help you sleep longer into the morning, has to be better.
I have been every year and I will never go to Bonnaroo again without an RV. Tents at Bonnaroo become saunas at 7 or 8am. Read some other threads about this topic for in depth explanations on why it rules to bring an RV.
