ok so this is my first roo and i've got a question...
i bought my ticket and then i decided to spring for the VIP upgrade thing and it comes with the airport shuttle....i don't actually need the shuttle as i am riding out (driving) with other people who have parking and all that stuff...but my question is did i mess up in doing that? do i get everything i need sent to me (wristbands or whatever you get for VIP)? do i get that stuff at the farm? or with this package am i supposed to get it at the airport (shuttle)? because i'm not actually going to the airport or using the shuttle...i just want to make sure everything's ok with the way i have everything planned out....

you don't have to take the airport shuttle, in fact most people drive. I am sure that there is an area in VIP for you to get your goodies. You're golden, just relax and go with the flow, roo will navigate the ship.

email them and ask - they will email you back in a reasonable amount of time

They will send you your tickets via UPS. You will take those tickets to the Holiday Inn (detailed instructions will come with your tickets) where you will receive your wristband. No worries. Have fun!
