Hey, I've never been to Bonnaroo and I really, really want to go this year. I know I will definitely have the money for GA tickets (or VIP if I chose to) and anything I will need during the trip, but my friends aren't as reliable with jobs and money so I have a feeling they might back out. I was looking into the possibility of doing pre-festival volunteer work. I know the shifts are long but that doesn't bother me because I'm used to working long hours, but I had a few questions concerning it.
Do you get $250 of the deposit back (not including the paypal service charge)? After doing your three pre-festival work days do you get to stay in the volunteer camping areas the rest of the time to enjoy the festival? How far away are the volunteer camping areas? Is it hard to shower there?
I have no problem going alone because I'm sure I would meet some great people. I'm pretty outgoing and get along with everyone and I work hard.
But what I really want to know is, will it be worth it?
I submitted an app for prefest on the day they started taking them.And just last night I recieved an e-mail that said they were full.Don't know about any other positions though.
