What time should I try to get to the late-night shows? I MUST be up front for Praxis and Primus. Anyone with suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. I think I'm willing to skip a large portion of the Dead and DM&F if it's necessary. (I know, I know...it sounds crazy, but they don't call me Dr. Psilly for nothin'! ;D) Thanks!
People start wandering into the late night tents hours before the shows-- some folks wanna chill out, get away from the main stage, and some folks want front rail seats for the late night acts.

1st year for keller williams incident i saw it packed while main stage shows were starting to play.. and for flaming lips last year there was a group (because it was his b-day) who where there all day just to get that spot.. met wayne early saw soundcheck etc.. so it depeneds on if you really really wanna see em.. but for keller incident i couldnt se a dam thing..

Keller Incident in '02: I wasn't there early but it was insanely packed.
Lips in '03: I was there early (during Panic set). I was....in an alternative mental state. I think there was no crowd until Panic ended. There were motorcycles in a globe. Wayne Coyne began messing with my head during sound check. I'm not sure I really remember anything too clearly.... Don't snort your own brain! Just relax and enjoy the Flaming Lips!
Seriously, I think if you want a really great spot (and don't plan on going to the bathroom for four hours), you should probably crowd the late-night tent stage towards the end of the main stage set (~12:00). If I invested time in doing this, I would immediatlely need to urinate as soon as any kind of crowd gathered around me. But that's probably just me.
