Not sure if this helps anyone, but the last preformances in This and That tent have been moved down to 7 instead of 5:30. So, on Friday Gillian Welch and Yo La Tango were moved to 7. Sat Damien Rice moves and on Sunday Superjam and Material.
My most distressing conflict of the weekend (Byrne/MMW/Material/Superjam) just got a bit more manageable. I think I'll be able to see more of Byrne, Material and/or the Superjam this way (I've seen MMW many times, so they might fall through the cracks).
On the other hand my Dylan/SCI/Yo La Tango situation just got a bit more confusing. I was resigned to the fact that I might miss Yo La Tango altogether, but know I've got a shot if I see less SCI. Hmmmmm.
Overall though, this kind of staggering is a definitely a good thing.

In years past, in my experience, the scheduling has been extremely tight once you recieve your official schedule on the way in. There will definitely be some stuff added Thursday night, and maybe a late-late night show added (a la Particle the last two years), but during the day they do an excellent job of sticking to the schedule.
