Hey, I have heard a couple people on different boards mention the site usarockfestivals.com and how they have supposedly "confirmed" the acts of the following.
BONNAROO 2006:
Radiohead (confirmed) Tom Petty (confirmed) Beck (confirmed) Willie Nelson (confirmed) Moe (confirmed) String Cheese Incident (confirmed) Arcade Fire (confirmed) Bright Eyes (confirmed) Disco Bsicuits (confirmed) Stevens, Medeski, Martin and Wood (confirmed) Common (confirmed) Wilco (confirmed) Clap Your Hands (confirmed) Queens of the Stoneage(confirmed)
I just wondered if anyone had any information on this site which would lead you to believe that they are legitimate or not. While SCI, Willie, Wilco, and Queens of the Stone Age would be cool additions, I can not find any other info on these rumors to believe they are true. If anyone has any info on whether or not there is any validity to this site, please let me know. I am going to go crazy speculating, especially if they don't release any more additions till March.
I dont know who stevens is either but as someone mentioned earlier QOTSA are playing in Europe on 6/17 so unless they are flying across the pond that day I would think that they are out. Although it would be nice if they did play.

the site looks pretty bad. Its hosted as usarockfestivels.com but all the links are angelfire.com pages. Its one big frame. Honestly, with the mostly false information it contains and the adsense banner + google adwords I would guess this page was setup only to collect ad $$ and the owner is not interested in the page content. This could be a page set up for click fraud but one can't be sure
