I've never been able to get into their albums, but I saw them in like 2003 at a bowling alley venue (that unfortunately no longer exists) here in Chicago opening up for the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. They blew me the fu*k out of the water.

I haven't heard either of their first two, supposedly this is a big departure from the last one....not post-punk at all...I've read a couple comparisons to radiohead, mostly regarding a kid a type atmosphere (that's a stretch), but to me it's a little darker...with prominant tribal drums, as you could possibly guess from the title
