Got this off of Relix.com:
Mike Gordon Rambles with Jon Fishman 2006-03-15 17:41:48 In June, Mike Gordon will perform with an unknown band of Vermont musicians as Ramble Dove. According to the former Phish bassist's management, Gordon will perform a selection of country/western and bluegrass numbers, ranging from Hank Williams to Gillian Welch. Gordon conceived Ramble Dove after relocating back to Vermont last year and participating in a series of local jukebox jam sessions. Each Tuesday, a union of local musicians, including guitarist Brett Hughes, pedal steel guitarist Gordon Stone and vocalist Marie Claire host an open-mic night at Burlington, VT's Radio Bean, with Gordon often joining in on bass. Last night, however, Jon Fishman joined his rhythmic partner for the entire evening, playing country/honky-tonk standards like "Cocaine Blues" and "Jackson" for an intimate audience.
So does anyone think that Fishman will join them onstage again at Bonnaroo?
What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.

if phish plays i will send everyone on inforoo a cookie....thats how sure i am it wont happen...and if it does happen at least i will have something to jam to while baking.. although i do keep hopin that they will reunite to do a proper last show after the nonsense at coventry(mostly sour grapes cuz i was too broke after roo to go, but it did seem to have a lot of issues... and alot of people drove along way to go home empty eared) but at any rate i know if they are all there i wont be missing any of their shows just in case ... i think the closest we might get would be some/all of them jammin with phil and friends, not a true phish show but would still be awesome
ya ya i know, but whats roo without a "phish is gonna play" rumor. as far as im concerned though they did have a proper last show, it took place in noblesville indiana a few months prior. but hey, if they ever do comeback though then wooohooooo!

Missing a Page? Phish almost had a reunion in November last year at a Trey show I believe. Trey, Gordon, and Fishman all jammed out together but Page was nowhere to be found. I'm guessing we will see the same thing at Roo and hoping that Fishman will be there so we will get 3/4 of a reunion. But I'm still hoping for all 4. I would probably just stop going to shows after that. I don't think anything would top an un-announced phish reunion at roo.
