Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
id like to see robert schimmel. he was funny as hell. although i havent seen him in a while. and tommy chong seesms such a natural fit. i didnt go see him cause i figured it would suck but my friends said it was a great show. i lilike the idea for comedy between the main stage acts. i also have always thought that the early thursday comedy acts should be in a tent. theres no music going on and then many could enjoy with out sitting in line for hours
Kevin Smith is an interesting one, not a stand up comic persay but his afternoon with kevin smith sessions are hilarous. It would be a welcome addition to the roo scene.
Some comdedians I haven't heard mentioned that I would like to see: Lisa Lampanelli, Ralphie May, Steven Lynch, Josh Blue.
Man, I hate him on King of Queens, but last night on Conan Oswalt was definitely very funny (and very raunchy) I might try to check him out this year at Bonnaroo.
not a lineup comment but i found last year hitting the comedy tent early like thursday turned out to be a good thing, less crowded and the comedians came out on the side of the stage for photo ops and what not. Lewis black had such a line and we'd seen him several times before, not at roo though but we knew how big the tent was and from where are position in line was and we knew it wasn't worth it.
Patton Oswalt posted on his website that there might be a possible appearance by The Comedians of Comedy, which is him, Brian Posehn, Maria Bamford and Zack Galifinakis. Sweet lord, that would be awesome.

Patton Oswalt posted on his website that he is confirmed for Bonnaroo '07

It would make sense that if Patton is playing Bonnaroo he'll end up MCing the tent for the Comedians of Comedy. They've been touring everywhere for the past year and would definatley put on a great show imo.
As for the headliner, I have my fingers crossed for David Cross... I wouldn't mind seeing Sara Silverman or Louis CK either though.

David Cross and Lewis Black are the ones I need to see (never made it to see Black last year; too many conflicts).
I also think it would be great to bring out comedians between acts on the main stages. How much better would the wait between Beck and Radiohead have been if there were something to keep us going? Other than the Radiohead anticipation...
I was looking for a thread on this the other night while listening to one of David Cross' CDs. I dont think he'd get through a single act without someone asking him about AD. I know I would.
I spent well over an hour one line last year to catch Lewis Black. He was actually using some insanely funny news articles from the NY Post that I had read a few weeks prior to Roo.

Me too, man, but you already knew that!

Ohh Tobias you blowhard.
I would definetly try my hardest to get a tobias chant going in the comedy tent if he is there. I actually think seeing him would take priority over an act or 2 that I would want to see. Comedy Tent line is always insane because of the AC.

One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain. So hit me with music. Hit me with music, now, yeah. Hit me with music. Brutalize me with music.
