anybody who was at the UM in chicago over NYE knows how cool a boat load of lasers would be!!!!!...lasers strong enough to go from the main stage and out of centerro....people would be freakin
ya i also heard amazing things about the lasers from friends that were at the umphrey nye show. they asked crew members if umphreys had bought it or rented it but noone they asked knew. im going to 4 shows in march, adrian belew is joining them for all four shows and the last one is st pattys day in south bend. i am so frigging excited and i hope the lasers are there.
Edie Brickell and the New Bohemians. I have become infatuated with them lately. I have downloaded about 6 shows in last 3 months and find them in my cd player all the time. I had their studio albums in college and really loved them and did not know much about their live sound. Just bought the new studio album and found a 06' show from Chicago and love the new stuff. They are very limited on their tour schedule and rarely come to the midwest. She is one of those artists who I think would sneak up on you at the roo. Maybe she would bring her husband Paul Simon with her.

It would be like a lighthouse for everyone who is going nuts. It'd be like zombies all walking slowly and steadily toward the stage. Too funny.
a water slide. Actually i would love to be in the same camping area as last year (Vadar). Perfect location.
there was totally a slip in slide in the area near shakedown street last year. naked slip'n'sliding at that...it was hilarious and slightly disturbing...haha.
Along the lines of Roger Waters, my one wish would be Dave Gilmour. Waters would be great, but nobody has ever moved me the way Gilmour can with a guitar. To see and hear him playing some of history's best solos would make the whole festival for me. Also, I'm fairly sure he'd play Wish You Were Here, my all-time favorite PF song.
Totally-out-there wish? Phish and The Police and Pink FLoyd (with Roger Waters of course) headline
Realistic wish? To have a mild and breezy weekend with a few afternoon showers, a really great camping spot, and to see as many bands on the line-up I can.

How bout some c2b3. I think i'll change my wish to good weather as well, because i dont need to wish for good music, its gonna be there regardless. Unfortunatly the weather isnt as guarenteed.
Do you think if enough of us wish for it then it will happen?
...couldn't hurt.
I should warn you that I will be wishing against you because I love rain at Bonnaroo. I will say that I'm pulling for clear skies on Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday, though. It just makes setting up camp and packing up much easier!
