Since no overlaps is impossible, how about multiple sets, a la Wakarusa? I'd love this because if you really liked a band you could catch 'em twice, and if you had a big congested spot in the middle of the day you could miss X band and catch them later. I don't think it's too feasible for Roo, but I'd like it a lot.

I think the Cafe/interview sets is Roo's way of giving you an extra shot at seeing an act whose set you might have had to pass on. It's not ideal, but like you said, multiple sets really aren't feasible -- especially when you're trying to pack in a huge, diversel lineup.

I've amended my good health/weather wish. Now what I wish for is simply the impossible: an all star orchestral jam led by Ennio Morricone.
I officially take away my smiting of you in the Smashing Pumpkins thread for that. I never would have thought of something like Ennio Morricone leading an all star orchestra (like Kronos Quartet with Bright Eye's trumpet player, etc...), but it would be phenominal.
Humanity has advanced, when it has advanced, not because it has been sober, responsible, and cautious, but because it has been playful, rebellious, and immature.

But seriously, my one wish is for there to be video screens at all the stages and tents. I mean come on, it's not that difficult of a thing to have arranged, is it?
