ya the more i look at it the more im ok with it. im down for tool. after reading a bunch of show reivews it sounds like incredible shows. although i noticed that all of there festival stops in europe they played the same exact 10 song setlist at each one for around an hour and a half. i hope they can up the length a bit. and i guess i dont care if they play the same setlist because ive never heard them play it.
one thing that i dont think would fly too well at roo is at one fest, i think rockslide, maynard went on some type of a rant about hating dirty hippies that like to piss on the ground and then dance barefoot in it. but if he dosent say shit like that should be a great time!

Ah, so nice to see it all there. I'm sure that list has been posted that way simply out of damage conrol-- my guess is they may still be planning to have a nice, fancy Flash page for later today.
Sad to see The Roots not on the official lineup... but I'm assuming that since they were on the original page they must be confirmed... so that's one good guess for round 1 additions!

The Roots were posted on their page(Bonnaroo's main page) not even an hour ago and then they took them off..they are just toying with us.
That's got to be a messup. I think they saw WSP and mixed up their Panics. They also referred to Dylan already being confirmed... we know now that's not the case... RS music blog is not really into fact checking and all that responsible journalism stuff...

Take a peek in the Adult Diapers thread. That's a pretty common sentiment among Inforooers (hating ground pissers).

Tickets for BONNAROO 2007 are priced at three levels.
The first tickets will be priced at a special rate of $184.50 each. There is a limited allotment of tickets at this price. When the first allotment is sold out, ticket prices will increase without notice to $199.50 and then again without notice to $214.50.

well i dont appreciate ground pissers either. but i went and looked and it was at download festival. the headliners were tool, korn, metallica and guns and roses. how many dread head hippies (he specifically said dread head hippies) could have there possibly been in attendance?? im sure dunk metal fans had a lot to do witht he piss situation. just saying comments like that would probably get a bad response at roo. there was also a huge issue with people throwing bottles around at that particular show.

This looks like the very same pricing as last year, except RV passes went up $25. That is some pretty good news! I was anticipating a small price increase.

Looks like the concerns about ticket increase because of the Police or the land deal were overblown...
well no i dont either.. i didnt mean it that way.. its bs that they advertise it as one price and put extra charges on it. 214.50 + 21.85 = 236.35 so say that te tickets cost 236.35. whats wrong with that. and what the hell is a facility fee?
and does it really cost 10 bucks to ship a ticket?

Listing the fees separately is exactly the same for every other ticket broker (Ticketmaster, LiveNation, Stubhub, etc.). It's not anything new to anyone who's purchased a ticket online in the last 10 years.
I agree that $10 is a bit steep, but 2-day UPS service for an envelope is at least $7.
ya i hate it when they do it too. and the service charge is 21.85...... 4 of it seems reasonable for the county and charity. but what about the other 17.85? roo sells its own tickets and its doing it. and doing it worse then some of the other companies. 21.85 seems steep.
