yeah. unfortunately he is getting charged with a felony. its on phish.net. i would love if he's there but he's gotta take care of his shit so if he's not its a good thing for his health if that rant makes any sense.
I am still under the impression he will not be there. However, fwiw he has not been on the initial artist announcement since 2004, though he has played every fest since then.

I was gonna say the same thing -- it was Trey who sort of injected the idea of Tool as a hood ornament into the realm of possibility with that Rolling Stone interview. So yeah, I have a hard time seeing him ducking out, unless it truly becomes a legal issue.
I think he will be there.....and if not it wont be because of any reasons relating to his rehab/felony crap. Hes already at two other festivals that I am aware of.
I was thinking last night, Trey wasnt on the Initial Line Up, and wasnt Oysterhead an Addition?? And then he played Superjam, so, he played two shows without being on the initial line up. Ill keep my fingers crossed. Really like to have seen PLaF on the list, but there will probably only be on Dead act this year
im holding out hope for ratdog to be changed to the rumored phil, bobby, trey, and winwood get together. of course that would have to be a headliner and those are taken. or maybe with ratdog likely to play a daytime set maybe that could be the superjam.

Yea Oysterhead was the first artist addition and trey played the GRAB set. I'm sure Les, Trey, MMJ, and Medeski will show. They all recoginize what goes down every year in june
