I saw tortise at roo in 03 and again in Tucson in 04 with Calexico. They put on an amazing show. The complexity and musicianship those guys put into their show belies the cool groove they create on stage. A must-see for anyone looking to expand their musical horizions.

I'm a huge fan, yet I've never had the chance to see them. Never would have though they'd be asked back to Bonnaroo... but now they're my #1 mut-see. I'm so @$%*& pumped!
