Has anyone noticed that most of the bands @ Langerado have not been announced to the 'roo? I think the 'roo is being kind and letting Langerado get the most people to show possible and then announce My Morning Jacket and some of the other bands that alot of people are expecting to be added..... trey, moe, bela, mmw, discuits, etc...

Yes, I think that might be true for some bands (The New Pornographers, Toots and the Maytals), but a lot of those groups played Roo last year, and outside of Trey or MMJ, I'd be surprised to see some of them repeat again this year.
perhaps, but considering we're T- less than 3 weeks to go (yes I'm going and flaggin' psyched) and camping passes are all sold out, i would think that most people who planned on going have bought their tickets already, hence 'roo wouldn't really be stealing their thunder.
Maybe I'll throw myself to the dogs, but my back's not to the wall Maybe I'll lay some bricks for the man, but the days just aren't that long So if I settle back and chill will I see far enough to feel the angel's dream? I thought it was the Story of the World!

Langerado released their schedule today finally and the nice thing is that since there is some overlap on roo artists I can plan to hit some there and some at roo. Girl Talk at roo.

I strongly disagree, but I guess that's the whole idea of opinions. Really for me the only Langerado artists that I am jealous of are Explosions in the Sky and Kieran Hebden & Steve Reid. There are others I wouldn't mind seeing added, but those are my sore spots. I think, as with every year, Bonnaroo beats the lineups of all other festivals.
I think this is prolly Superfly just trying to keep things fresh. Bonnaroo has alway represented a scene that gos beyond Traditional "jam" music. Still great music, alot of the Langerado sets look unsurprising.

hehe, interesting I'm prolly doing the opposite. i figure why sit through the full WSP set at Langerado when they won't have any acts overlapping them as a headliner at 'roo? plus I'd rather see Girl Talk at a smaller festival...more dancing room!
