i know with the initial lineup and all the headliners were released, but when they do add other acts as tiem goes on will there be more big acts added or will it just be smaller acts?
Both. Herbie Hancock, Neil Young and Oysterhead were all announced after the initial lineup. Last year most all the cafe acts were announced after the initial lineup. But there are tons of threads where this is discussed...
