I'm not sure how many of you guys are Electric Eel Shock fans, but I'm sure anyone that saw them at last year's Bonnaroo became a fan. I love these guys, so I emailed the manager to see if they'll be making another appearance this year, or even a summer tour at all. This is what I got back :

Daaaang, well, they've got a new album in the making. Hopefully that will be enough to satisfy my EES lust when it comes out.

EES was great last year! too bad not this year. actually last year's thursday in general was hella good stuff. cat empire, ees, matt costa, devotchka...

Did anybody catch Tortured Soul last year on Thursday? They were awesome.
Yeah, me and my girlfriend were up close for that show. My lady loves them and I thought they were great. They played really tight live and did some nice build ups. Definitely one of my highlights from last year.
Thursday was good stuff - we cought Logic later on in the Silent Disco and he was really turning it on with some funky 70's influenced house jams. I hope that he is back this year.
