Hornsby put a jazz trio together with Jack DeJohnette and Christian McBride that's doing some shows this summer before Roo. He's also doing some appearances with Ricky Skaggs the week after Roo. So if he's there, the real question is Jazz or Bluegrass?

I dont have the cd but I really enjoyed the show Hornsby & Skaggs did for CMT.

I'd gladly take a Dead show next year w/ Hornsby (and Warren Haynes). Next year will have 4 years since the last Dead/Roo show...they're very due!
