true that, it seems like this year is really great for the east coast. Just some shows that I'm gonna be seeing in the area: TV On The Radio, Modest Mouse, (I Think) the Black Angels. and there're more too! I hope Bright Eyes comes around here, the new album sounds pretty good.

New CD has its highs and lows. After listening through a few times I think I can say without a doubt I enjoyed I'm Wide Awake much more. I am however still very happy with the direction in which his music is going. The guy can be a true lyrical genius. A lot of people will take not liking an artists new release as someone not liking them anymore. I really don't look at artists/bands that way anymore. Conor is a great example. I may not dig the new album as much as some of his previous work, but I'm still very excited to see what his body of work will look like in another decade.
I'd put my money on him announcing another album after enough time has passed after Cassadaga. I would even say that another one by the end of the year is a safe bet with him. That is of course if the rumors I stated in another thread aren't true.
I was born in the back seat of a Yellow Cab in a hospital loading zone and with the meter still running. I emerged needing a shave and shouted 'Time Square, and step on it!
