Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I just looked and I saw Tim Fite and Haale listed underneath the comedians. These two have already been spoted already though. I think they are getting ready to announce the cafe bands, or at least putting in the data for it.
Maybe I'll throw myself to the dogs, but my back's not to the wall Maybe I'll lay some bricks for the man, but the days just aren't that long So if I settle back and chill will I see far enough to feel the angel's dream? I thought it was the Story of the World!

Is Bonnaroo just adding artists without announcing it? That's what it seems like. I don't know, it seems as if they aren't as organized with this sh*t as they were last year. Maybe they fired their web crew or something. But things keep appearing then disappearing then reappearing again. For instance, I could've sworn that I saw Favourite Sons on there, now they're gone. Then I check the lineup and I see Tim Fite and Haale added at the bottom. Something's going on.

yeah, hopefully we get additions tommorrow. all the bands they have "added" (accidently put up) seem to be thursday bands which supports my theory that thursday will be a FULL day of SMALL bands

I would venture to say that that is a respectable theory because they are piling on those smaller bands. Unless they are doing what was mentioned higher up in this thread, and that's adding the cafe stage bands.
i'm going guess that there is going to be an artist addition tomarrow were they announce these bands, and maybe(hopefully) a few other ones. we shall see
It looks like they're reformatting the page getting ready for a new announcement. Flight of the Conchords has been moved down with the comic acts. I think the comic tent, cafe acts and a few minor stage acts will be announced soon.
It really bugs me how slack and loose the site has gotten since they reformatted it. It sort of kills the "umph" of the additions when the bands are known in advance.
To their defense, when you have close to 3000 rabid fans gathered in one spot that even notice the slightest movement of names in the list (Thats AWESOME!!) It is probably hard to "spring" any updates on those people. I would imagine the other 77,000 will be quite surprised, unless of course they find our little bit of heaven here at Inforoo™ first!!!!
Do you guys maybe think they leak out information like that just FOR the rabid fans like us? I mean, they have to know we're watching, obsessively refreshing our bonnaroo bookmark every hour or so like crack addicts.
I don't think they leak, I think they have just gotten sloppy in the new format. The site was much more secure for the last three years, but the format was VASTLY different, (though repetitive between 04 and 06.) The format this year has changed so much that it suggests that they either have a new designer or team of designers doing it. IT's not beyond the realm of possiblity that the new designers aren't as good at keeping things as clean as before.
The other possibility is that in this new format, they are able to edit online, which is allowing users to see edits as they happen.
Either of these scenarios is more logical (at least to me) than them purposefully leaking stuff. Especially considering that lady who came on here from AC and said that BonnarooDetective had pissed them all off.

Yea, I don't mean to hate, but whoever is behind their web design is seriously slacking. I'm no hacker and look what I did . . . I can only imagine what someone could do if they actually knew how to go about such things. My little brother can edit web pages and look at them before sending them out in to cyberspace, this is just sloppy editing. Editing online is moronic if you are trying to suprise someone.
The worst is the fact that they take them down after they realize they're up . . . why not just turn it into an announcement? Now, when these bands are announced, its anti-climactic (at least for those of us who obsess over it).
We will probably get something tomorrow, hopefully one or two suprises.
