Don't know if anyone here is familar with this band, but they are my favorite band out there now. GREAT power trio!!They played on Thursday in 05 and while that show was still badass, they have gotten even better. No one rocks like these guys do anymore.......I have seen them several times and they get better and better each time. Their first album is out and its good, but there is nothing like seeing them live. Just wondering if anyone has heard any rumors of them playing this year?? On their website the last date listed is May 12th. I suggest you check them out if they are coming anywhere near you. It's a cheap ticket and well worth it! They just got done opening for The Who.

catchin'em on 420 here in Charleston, SC (looks like it changed since your post). Saw them at Warped a few years back and they bitch slapped that lineup. In a small room like the Pour House there's bound to be some bleedin' ears...should be a friggin' blast. No rumors about them at Roo, but let's start some....HEAR THAT SUPERFLY???
That Wanee set was terrific.....you got any more pics?? I hadn't seen um in a little over a year since then and I was so pissed they only got an hour. I love that small stage and wish they would have done something there on friday during latenite. No one else was playing there!
I just got back from the show in Charleston and talked with the band afterwards. I said, "so, what's with this rumor that you're playing the Roo this year?" They told me the the slot they were offered this year was...well, shitty. BUT!!!! They have already agreed in terms for Bonnaroo 2008. So, catch 'em while you can (cause they rock like I went into a coma and woke up 13 years old and ready to f(&$ or fight) and I"ll see you at the smoking set at next year's Roo.

Seems like Superfly threw out some real lowball offers to alot of bands.
I was born in the back seat of a Yellow Cab in a hospital loading zone and with the meter still running. I emerged needing a shave and shouted 'Time Square, and step on it!
I didn't see the Wanee set that Rose Hill Drive did, but I did see the Robert Randolph and the Family Band set on the second day where he jammed with Derek Trucks and Daniel Sproul. Now that set was AMAZING!!!!

Show here in Winston-Salem was excellent! Spoke with both Jake and Daniel afterwards and they both said they're gunning for a spot in the '08 line-up. Here's hoping!

Hey JBJ, no more need for hope; they will be on the bill in 2008.

Saw em last night in Knoxville and it was a killer show. They're new songs are really rockin. They still play Fairies Wear Boots stellar, and Reptilian Blues rocked.....solid show. Gotta check these guys out.

Last night f**king rocked!! The jam around "Mexico" was the highlight for me.The new song "Sneak Off' or something like that was my favorite new song, but I thought the other two were good as well. The ride from Nashville and back sucked, but it was worth it. I'm gonna try and hit up the free show they are doing w/ Wolfmother in Atlanta in May.
Saw RHD again this past friday in Atlanta. They were playing the SOCO music fest thing in Cent. Park in Atlanta. They fucking rocked it out , then a damn rainstorm came and nearly blew um off stage. They closed w/ Fairies Wear Boots and it was pouring down rain....pretty badass. Then they canceled the rest of the shows for the night because it was lightning (wolfmother and someone else who I can't think of didn't get to play). I was told the guys were pumped for ACL fest, but they are also opening up for The Who in Europe again in a couple weeks. Everyone do yourselves a favor and go see um.
