2003 was chock full of good shows. Flaming lips were incredible, as was James Brown (except that janis impersonator he brought up. She was terrible). But I think I'll have to go w/ neil young on this one, since he was the only headliner I had any interest in seeing (at least until Radiohead came to Roo3 years later).

Favorites are usually the late nighters for every year. (Cause they be CRAZy!)
Favorite '03... MMW late night was my favorite show with some close seconds. I had seen MedeskiMartinWood I think around 8-10 times before that show and that show was the sickest!
Honorable Mention: YMSB > RR and the Family started my early afternoon of right at the Which Stage. So Many Disgusting shows that year.

There's a lot of good bands in this lineup....but in terms of how much of each person's music I listen to and how many times I've seen the bands live, it was easily Nickel Creek.
