G'day all. Just wondering if anyone was keen on seeing any of the aussie acts in particular or if they knew anything about them? Just sort of crossed my mind and I am a big fan of some of the home grown talent but wasnt sure if others in the states even knew who they were...

The John Butler Trio continue to tour in the United States, with 3 big weeks to go including the best and biggest festival Bonnaroo next Saturday. The band are cruising in early so as to make sure they catch both Ben Harper and The Police's set. Check out the photos below to see JB and Ben Harper singing together at the East Coast Blues festival this April. It was one of the great highlights for john to be invited join Ben Harper to sing Diamonds On The Inside..
Good to hear.. yeah Xavier is from Jun Juc I believe. I have looked around the boards and there is a lot of love for John Butler which is cool. I am also a big fan of Xavier but will be mostly keen to see Wolfmother as they are my unicorn band right now
We treat mishaps like sinking ships and I know that I don't want to be out to drift Well I can see it in your eyes like I taste your lips and They both tell me that we're better than this

Had no Idea Wolfmother were Aussies. I had already planned on seeing them, so I guess I'll be catching 2 of the 3. I wanted to check out Rudd's set, but the conflicts are just too numerous.

Maaaaan...I'd give my eyeteeth to get the Hoodoo Gurus at Bonnaroo. Or Paul Kelly. Or Split Enz (though I did catch Tim Finn at a small club last week.) Sigh.
