I was expecting this to be fun but no idea just how entertaining she would be, plus she has a great set of pipes and very tight backing band (with a three piece horn section!).
I nearly crapped myself when she covered Gangsters and danced til my chest hurt.
Not my set of the year or anything but definitely a treat.

Any woman that can kill a bottle of Jager during a performance is my hero. I was more or less dragged to that show with my friends, but coming out I was so happy i gave in and went to see her.
plus, when she finally did forget her lyrics it was utter hilarity in my opinion.
We got to her set late, but in enough time to catch the last few songs. I was impressed by her energy. When she left the stage, we ran around the side of the tent and peered over the fence. She was laying on the ground, almost like she had passed out for a moment. We felt like paparazzi, taking some blurry pictures over the fence. When she got up, we yelled "We love you Lily!". She looked over at us peering over the fence, smiled and waved to us. We totally understand how she felt!
"With a bit of luck, his life was ruined forever. Always thinking that just behind some narrow door in all of his favorite bars, men in red woolen shirts are getting incredible kicks from things he'll never know."

I wasn't expecting much. I heard a lot about how her live show wasn't good, there was no energy, etc. but I was very impressed. Her Specials cover was fucking awesome, too.
