Can anyone direct me to a program that will cut down the size of a video (not the length of the clip though) so I can get 100mb+ videos uploaded on Youtube?
Hey everybody, I took lots of video at the Roo and am slowly working to upload it all on youtube. I've been having trouble getting some stuff up, so far all I've got through is my Police videos, but I'd thought I'd go ahead and throw out some links for those:

GoogleVideo is greater than youtube for two reasons, 1. It searches through youtube 2. It allows you to post videos over 100mb in size. Nolimit that Iknow of actually With that being said here is the entire TOOL Tom Morello solo from Lateralus 10 minutes long. video.google.com/videoplay?docid=7380615600090446802&hl=en It will take a while for me to upload my videos, but I have BenHarper Burn One Down, and his Ziggy Marley song, almost the whole 15 minute performance of One by Rodrigo Y Gabriela (850mb file size), some Gogol Borbello, Police, Dave Attell, DJ Shadow, and a bunch of other stuff. Check videos from user and you can check out them all as I get them uploaded but it will take a while.

i also like google video because it has an easy interface for downloading for video ipod. (i have a firefox plugin for youtube, but googlevid is easier)

Here is almost the whole 15 minute long version of One by Rodrigo Y Gabriela. My camera ran out of memory about one minute shy. Rodrigo y Gabriela were awesome. Sweet Jesus that song still gets me all tingly inside. Hard to say this at a festival that featured Tom Morello, but this guy seriously takes the award for best solo/song of the weekend.

The only other contender I saw for best song was Jolene by the White Stripes. This video is a little quiet so crank it up and prepare to be amazed and heartbroken.
I have a white stripes vid taken with my digital camera. Not the greatest quality but decent anyways. I'm having trouble downsampling it so that I can upload it on youtube (100MB limit).

Both are great, as was mostly everything at Bonnaroo, check them out when you get a chance. I especially recommend The Annuals "Brother," start is a little slow but man what an ending. Love their energy. Alright enjoy these guys, I'm going to take a break this week for a trip to Miami, I'll be getting more of those Tortoise videos as time goes. peace

Hey ride in circles, mad props (and karma!) for your videos, especially those Coachella jams! I missed the MSTRKRFT set but was lucky enough to catch Justice, so sick. I'm most likely going to ACL as well in September, seems you and I are on similar life paths. Keep up the good work dude! peace
