^^^I think the general consensus seems to be Sasquatch or Coachella if they tour in the spring, ACL if they tour in the fall. ACL pretty much goes out of its way to book major British acts (Oasis, Coldplay, Muse, Arctic Monkeys, Van Morrison, Massive Attack), and they've been pressing hard to get Radiohead since inception.

If Radiohead plays anywhere in a 500 mile radius to me, I will go and see them. I missed them when I had the chance last year, and I will not let it slip by me again. I think there is only a 2-5% chance they will play this year at roo, but definitely an 85% chance of them being here in 09 (to soon for a non traditional bonnaroo band to come back and from what I have heard of there set from 06 it would be a disservice to already come back and try to one up that show).
"That's the big thing about education. People can be book smart, but not really intelligent about anything else. A lot of times they just taking in all this information and regurgitate it. It's much more important to process it and personalize it. To apply it to your world, to your life. You have to walk the walk, or you can't really report about it honestly."
well, my money is on vineland - but i suppose it depends on where they are in the tour. it's not too bad to fly over to Newark from the UK... it is to fly to Cali. Plus, Radiohead headlined the field day show a few years back in the same region. Plus, isn't Vineland organized by glastonbury people? so they have a previous relationship...
okay, after reviewing that, im thinking i have no reason to believe radiohead is playing vineland aside from hoping they are since its only 5 hours from my front door
You're getting my hopes up and that's not nice. However if Radiohead does Sasquatch, I may have to convince biglou to head west instead, what with the Cure closing the fest too.

They have a four day break where they could play Sunday, and take a day off before flying back out. But that would involve flying out to Tennessee from Spain after playing a show the night before. I wish this would happen.

but remember they'll be gaining time flying west...
Radiohead playing Sunday is a long shot. They're one of my all time favorite live acts, but I seriously doubt it. Radiohead is too big, they can't close out Bonnaroo because Superfly has to count on a lot of people leaving Sunday. If Radiohead was closing the festival NO ONE would leave early which would cause delays and all kinds of other problems. I think that's why they'll usually have a jamband closing out, something that's not terribly mainstream and that a lot of people (myself excluded) would have no trouble skipping.

Not the dates but the cities that Radiohead will be playing this year
As reported earlier, Radiohead have indicated to start their tour in May this year with the first dates in North America. Dates and venues are still to be confirmed. In the meantime Michael Eavis confirmed that Radiohead will not be making an appearance at this year’s Glastonbury Festival.
But here are the cities in the USA and Canda in alphabetical order:
Atlanta Boston Charlotte Chicago Cleveland Dallas Houston Indianapolis Los Angeles Miami Montreal New York Philadelphia San Diego San Francisco Santa Barbara Seattle St Louis Tampa Toronto Vancouver Washington DC
