I don't have all the flowy stuff but I am thinking of sewing some wrap around skirts w/ pockets so I can carry all my stuff and don't have to worry about backpacks and the like. There is some really nice fabric out right now that would look great made into a skirt. Light and thin is the way to go I am thinking. Not too long, just above the knees and a-line so it doesn't tug on you anywhere...What do you think? Would that work for a fest?

all i know is last year i was so hot - that the littlest amount of clothes i could wear is what i did..sleevless top - short skirt ect. i had a backpack - but it wasnt too huge i think illend up doing the same this year.... i dont know about sticking a bunch of pockets in the skirt cuz wouldnt that be uncomfy/heavy? maybe a fannypack would work better??(ugh i hate those things)

Maybe I will stick w/ as little as possible and make the hubby carry all my crap. I can't imagine a fanny pack but I guess I will do what I have to do.
Halters and shorts may be the uniform of choice, I guess...
Old Navy, here I come...Cheap and if it gets trashed, oh well!

I definately did a old navy run before roo last year - i got those shorts they sell the cotton ones for like 10 bucks in a few different colors they definately came in handy!!
I just wish I knew what the Japanese people on the streets were saying when they were pointing at me...And on top of having to wear a dress that night, we got chased by the Yakuza for an hour.

I CAN'T WAIT!! In the last two months think I have purchased 5 flowy, roovy skirts for Roo!
I wear skirts. Don't see what the big deal is. They're comfortable and as long as they're not too tight you don't show any more than a girl would. And they're cool. Not bringing any to roo though, I don't wear short skirts.
hmm...i have a colorful flowy skirt my ex girlfriend left at my apartment ages ago....too bad its an xl, so it almost slips off my hips. i might just safety pin that sucker and wear it..who knows?
