If Metallica, Neil Diamond and Pat Green are in fact at Bonnaroo as rumored, I would have to go with a big fat yes. Who would have ever put those three on the same lineup and not expected to see Virgin Mobile Presents in front of the festival name?

Crazy pre-January rumors...I prefer the Waits, Dylan and PJ rumors from last year.

Even if these farfetched rumors had any possibility of being 100% true... Are bad headliners really an apocalypse? I didn't attend a single headliner this past year and had a ball!

You gotta remember... The headliners are only 3 shows out of the entire weekend. You have the chance to see 50 others

edit: I just want to say that if Neil Diamond is in fact there, I would be at the show

Dierks Bentley was on last year, how is Pat Green any more out in left field than Dierks?

and judging by the growing diversity, I truely don't think anything is "really really left field" anymore, aside from say, grindcore or noise-metal

you know .. i one hundred percent agree that last years line up rumors was so much better than this years. but then again last years rumors was flipping my playlist in the ipod. but to be honest .. i want to see people and bands like pat green on there. its not my cup of tea, but in the longrun it creates less conflicts for me on that day.
