So I just got into this band the Handsome Furs after I heard one of their songs on XM yesterday. So being the the music pirate I am; I went home and downloaded their album "Plague Park".
AND NOW I can't stop listening to the damn thing! I really think it is amazing and a band worth checking out. I guess they have a new album coming out sometime this year and I think they would be a great Thursday night, maybe Friday afternoon addition to Bonnaroo.
Eff. Honestly i got tired of it. I saw them open up for Wilco awhile back. I put the whole album on my Ipod and here we are months after the fact and the only track I have is "What We Had". Have you heard Wolf Parade? I'm more into that band to be honest. Think like this. If Band of Horses = My Morning jacket Wolf Parade = Arcade Fire
But I would see 'em again if I don't have any major conflicts.
