I've liked Marilyn Manson from the "Spooky Kids" days to the "Antichrist Superstar" days... in fact i still listen to all my Spooky Kids albums every now and then..
Manson would not be my favorite pick either man, saw him 5 times - in clubs back in 95 to small arenas 2 years ago, GREAT shows - but not for roo.
Plus, Mansons FANS are a major problem- not generalizing, as previously stated I've been a fan for quite some time, used to be on the Church list, but God.....the xtremists can pose serious problems at a show.
The "We hate love, we love hate" mantra is great for a Manson show, piss poor for Roo...
A friend told me he is not allowed back in the state of Tennessee, so that would make playing roo a bit difficult. Not sure if that is true, anyone else know?
He has been outlawed from one or two paces, but for the most part I think every state has this rumor. Im from MO and I heard this but he is playing in stl this week
i don't know...i kind of like the idea of marilyn manson at bonnaroo on friday the 13th. i've never been a big fan of mm but im sure his show would be some spooky sh*t to see late night at bonnaroo (if u know what i mean).

That would make for an awesome alternative late-night set. In fact, give me a revival of the Antichrist tour show. They ended the current tour with the pulpit and the flags... you know all that shit is in storage somewhere

I'm sure he wont be at Roo...but I did get my tickets for his Milwaukee show this morning. I'm actually looking forward to the opener, Ours, as much as Manson.
I don't think he will be there at all, but manson doing some form of art other than music at Roo (like the spoken word as someone has suggested) would be really cool. He is a really creative person and a great performer but his music isn't Roo calibre.
