Plant/Krauss Willie Yes BB no he will be on the which stage around the time buddy guy did in 06, maybe 2 or 3.
Maybe BB should play early evening so we don't have an Ornette Coleman repeat....
Yeah...I was thinkin about that....aside from actually being older than Ornette....B.B. is like 3 times the size of Ornette, They better protect that man...he's a god damn national treasure!
EDIT: By the way.....didn't Ornette play early evening...eound the same time as the White Stripes....I was sure that's why I wasn't at his set.

when and wherever BB plays, he'll have some special guests - he rarely ever plays a set, esp at a festival, all by his lonesome - either way, we'll be in the presence of greatness!!

now we all need to remember bb is going on 83 years old and prob 200+...and diabetic(making him very fragile)...now he played at the 07 crossroads festival...he played like 3-4 songs and gave a speech about his life playing guitar with buddy guy, robert cray, ec...and on the big screens it showed ec on the side of the stage, tears in his eyes watching one of his best friends give what seemed like a goodbye speech<<<<almost brought tears to my eyes.......now back to bb..it would be hard for him to play in the heat for a long time...so i easily see him in a tent or late afternoon.

its all good. i always wanted to see them, if they play i might bring some black and white makeup with me to dress up like them. here's some karma for bringing the idea back up.
I could do the KISS thing. I don't see willie in a headliner spot unless he had a ton of special guests coming out. His voice isn't as strong as it used to be. I saw him open up two years ago for John Fogerty and he was just ok. I think somehow this year you will at least see someone jammy close down Sunday night like either DMB with Trey, or Trey, or Phil Lesh, or Allman (with Warren, Derrek and Oteil of course) or possibly something a little different with a Neil Young/Pearl Jam combo or either David Gilmour or Roger Waters.
Any way I would be fine with any of that to close down the show.

please, no Kiss.
In my opinion, the 2nd most overrated rock group in history.
just curious as to who is #1. i agree kiss is super overrated though, very gimmicky band imo. im gonna guess youre #1 is AC/DC even though i like them and thats probably not who youre thinking.
Sorry, KISS isn't big enough to headline Roo. On their last tour they were giving away tickets, they couldn't fill amphitheaters. (at least in Nashville, and that's not a very big venue)
Hey, Jude, don't be afraid. You were made to go out and get her. The minute you let her under your skin, Then you begin to make it better.
And any time you feel the pain, Hey Jude, refrain. Don't carry the world upon your shoulders. Well don't you know that it's a fool who plays it cool By making his world a little colder.
