Source?
Although, this one seems A LOT more believeable, and I am loving it! Although, if Girl Talk/Justice/Sasha/IM are all on the same night, I don't know what I'm going to do!!!!

Considering how short Justice and Girl Talk sets are, I could see them all playing the same tent at different times with either Sasha or Infected Mushroom closing. My legs would fall off from all the dancing...

There are 17 bands that I counted on that list that played in 07. I just simply can't believe that Superfly would book that, especially since they've stated that they want to refrain from having back to back performers year to year

Especially considering who that list has repeating. I understand if maybe Gov't Mule repeated, but i really find The Slip and The National unlikely. No offense, i saw The National last year, they were good, but they just aren't a bonnaroo staple.

I don't know about that... I could definitely see some of them performing at future Roos... The Slip had an incredible show that surprised many I thought. Also The Black Keys proved they're capable of coming back- possibly in a bigger time slot even. And I personally liked The National's position this past year... They were good for a Thursday night show. But yeah... just too many repeats. I expect a lot of them will be back in 09

Both of The Slip's shows (normal show, sonic stage) were awesome last year. My only complaint is they didn't play "Paper Birds" and although the singer's voice was giving out a little they did a great version of Zeppelin's "Heartbreaker". Eisenhower is one of my favorite albums over the past two years. I still listen to it like it just came out. They may not be back this year, but give it another year or two and they'll be back.

I definitely think they will be back again, i was just saying if superfly would let anyone repeat, it probably would not be those bands. They also wouldn't put that on the initial, those would definitely be additions.

Awesome lineup!
Probably more likely than the Van Halen/Marilyn Manson lineup, but...

... The Whigs - Band of Horses - Particle - Lotus - Raq - Drive By Truckers...
I totally bought it until I saw the Whigs listed before the Truckers. Looks legitly paced up until that point. Give 'em a few years, but the Truckers are still higher up the Athens Totem Pole than the Whigs at the moment.
Let's hope it's more true than it is false, though!
that list if true, would make my head explode and i'd tear all my hair out figuring out who to see.
WAY WAY WAY WAY TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE
basically, look at all the 2nd tier acts, there are way too many: Modest Mouse, My Morning Jacket, Jack Johnson, Cake, QotSA, Death Cab, 311, Sigur Ros, LCD Soundsystem, Oysterhead, Portishead etc.....
i'd look at that list, cut it in half, and i think we're a little closer at least at the top-wise.

Any word on where this leak came from?
Apparently, the Corner in Charlottesville, NC had on their website that they'd be announcing the Bonnaroo lineup February 6th, but they aren't specifying a date anymore.
