I know roo doesnt like to repeat acts unless its claypool but Girl Talk and Rjd2 performing back to back on friday or saturday night would probably be the most off the chain experience and i really would love to see this happen. anyone else feel the same way?
This man came up to me just the other day, asked me I'd been born again. I told him, "I didn't think I had." That I had been rejected. But I think, Hell's got all the good bands anyway. And Bonnaroo.
RJD2 would be pretty awesome. and about the repeat acts thing, I think 'roo just doesn't seem to bring back acts in consecutive years. I don't think RJD2 has been at 'roo since when - 2005?
Humanity has advanced, when it has advanced, not because it has been sober, responsible, and cautious, but because it has been playful, rebellious, and immature.
i just saw girltalk two nights ago he he put his set up on the dance floor and played for about 2 hours going nuts with the crowd.. by far one of the best dance parties i ever been to.. dan deacon is gonna be a close 2nd during langerado i have a good feeling on that... but rjd2 was insanely talented at echo playing with no headphones just with the skill and ability to know where to start a record..
Give me more Girl Talk. And please, this time don't put him up against Galactic, Flips and Mule. I mean come on. I loves me some Girl Talk but he can't compete with those three.
Hey, Jude, don't be afraid. You were made to go out and get her. The minute you let her under your skin, Then you begin to make it better.
And any time you feel the pain, Hey Jude, refrain. Don't carry the world upon your shoulders. Well don't you know that it's a fool who plays it cool By making his world a little colder.

Who were the openers?
Grand BUffet, Skymall, and some bad band of dorks (no offense) who reminded me of kids at college who got together and thought they were making music. no seriously. really.

i really wanted to see all of them. ended up seeing girl talk (no regrets) because that was what the rest of the crew wanted to see. saw the end of the flips but chilled under the bleachers...i was way too tired to stand up.
