Good and Bad news from the RRFB camp . . . If you're going to Langerado, you will not be seeing Robert Randolph. He had to cancel his show due to a scheduling conflict. My deepest sympathies is you are going to Langerado, I would probably be crying right now (seriously, that would ruin my weekend). HOWEVER, Robert and the boys will be in the studio this week working on a new album . . . hooray!

a) I love Robert Randolph and I would like to encourage more discussion about this so-called "revival"

I'm terrified of what this show is going to conflict with. If it is latenight, then I can't complain, because I've gotten my wish. I'll just have to suck it up and miss Phil (or something else, please not Superjam). My big fear is that the show is on Sunday (as Jason Crosby's MySpace suggests). Seeing as RRFB played latenight in 04, and a pre-headliner slot in 06, I would think the revival would have to be a preheadliner show - which we almost certainly conflict with Plant/Krauss! That would kill me . . . kill me.

i've already decided not to guarantee myself anything but sigur ros as far as latenight goes. i know i'm going to be disappointed at some point already, so i don't want to be crushed.
