So I just looked at the pictures slideshow on the Bonnaroo website and there's a picture of the Robinson brothers in there. The slideshow is a mix of this years and last years bands, so it naturally got me excited about a BC show at Roo. I don't wanna read too much into it, but still...
The Crowes have a new album coming out and Luther from the NMAS just joined the band and he loves 'Roo. I see them being an addition (they were in 2005 if I remember right). This lineup would be perfect if The Black Crowes and Rose Hill Drive were added.
black crowes are on of my fovorite groups! i thought for sure they were going to be on the lineup. i've seen them a few times and they throw it down every time! i really hope they get added! they would make my roo!
yes, im down with the black crowes being back, missed them in '05 to see Jack, but made up for it two in a row at the 9:30 club in D.C. and it was awesome

I was at the first one of those shows! Damn I do miss the 9:30 Club! Raleigh just doesn't have anything that can compare...
And yes, if the Crowes come to 'Roo '08 it will be simply awesome. I've even convinced several firm non-Crowes fans to see their show should they appear.
Saw them in '05 and they were great. It was raining during their set and during My Morning Song the clouds seemed to part and the sun came out. It was a great show. I've seen them several times over the past couple of years and they never dissapoint.

i saw them at the woodlands pavilion in houston in 06. the drive by truckers and robert randolph opened for them. it had been raining all day, and right before they came on, a rainbow appeared that stretched perfectly across the top of the pavilion. when the stage lighted up, the backdrop was a field of flowers and pretty mushrooms with a rainbow that stretched across the entire stage.
For some reason Ive been thinking they may headline ACL this year. Would make sense for a friday or saturday night spot there. Just another band I was really hoping for at roo.
