I caught her opening for Xavier Rudd, I believe, last year. I like her. You should defintely check her out. There doesn't seem to be many solo female artists at the Roo this year, but I'm glad she'll be there.
I also saw here open for Xavier last summer. I was impressed. Her music is really laid back, and she has a tremendous voice. And her cover of Neil Young's "Heart of Gold" was damn good, too!
Grabbed her "Unlikely Emergency" album off e-music and the first song I've heard just came up on my shuffle: "At Last" a cappella. Wow! Good first impression. From the one song, sounds a little Joplin-y and like someone who could really take over a Bonnaroo tent.
Edit: next song that's come up in my shuffle is Every Single Day. Great groove, great fit for a Bonnaroo tent.
