i thought that the band would be honored along with the beatles at the grammy awards along with the beatles. did i miss it? and i feel this is ok to put in this area because one of their members is playing roo. you guys can move it if you want to do so.
They were, The Band received a lifetime achievement award, as well as the Beatles. Then the Cirque du Soleil performed from the Beatles show they have going on, and a song was performed from the movie Across the Universe, so all of this was there last night.

yes thanks for the reply....but im saying...they didnt do any musical tribute to them. i saw the beatles tribute but i didnt see any musical tribute to the band. i thought it was odd seeing as how it was the same award to both? but thanks for any information that you might have on this.
