Every Roo is a chance to experience new music, to see a classic act you've never had the opportunity to see live or to check out the newest buzz band. Here's the ones I'm looking forward to:
Pearl Jam - my concert buddy is walking on air over this one Levon Helm - technically I did see him with the Band, but sooo long ago... Avett Brothers - NC boys made good Raconteurs - can't go wrong here Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings - bring the funk! Dark Star Orchestra - late night please!! Susan Tedeschi - seen Derek a bunch, want the whole family... Mastodon - never heard them, just keep hearing about them Jack Johnson - if he's the closer, I have very high expectations Metallica - going to see them just to hold it over my son's head...

Orchestra Baobob MMJ Siqur Ros Bluegrass Allstars Death Cab for Cutie Gogol Bordello Levon Helm and the Ramble on the Road Robert Randolph Revival Robert Plant & Alison Krauss -I have seen Plant but never Krauss Umphrey's McGee
gogol bordello is what i'm most looking forward to, but i saw them last year, so i guess it doesn't count, so in the order in which they appear on the lineup...
pearl jam the raconteurs bb king sigur ros sharon jones & the dap kings ozomatli tegan & sara !!! ladytron the fiery furnaces ghostland observatory jose gonzalez battles mgmt black kids
i know that's more than 10, but i'm trying to be open-minded.
1. Sigur Ros 2. Kanye West 3. Vampire Weekend 4. MGMT 5. BB King 6. The Felice Brothers 7. Talib Kweli 8. Phil Lesh and Friends 9. Iron and Wine 10. Isreal Vibrations
Bands I've Seen: Pearl Jam, Metallica, My Morning Jacket, The Raconteurs, Death Cab For Cutie, Lupe Fiasco, Ghostland Observatory
Seriously, I would suggest seeing all the bands I listed (except ghostland; they were AWFUL). I saw PJ headline Lollapalooza last year and it was GREAT.
