im not sure how i feel, with such crappy headliners i was expecting some big band names, but they still have 4 more months. I trust Bonnaroo so I'm not worried, plus Chris Rock is quacking FUNNY
such crappy headliners?? Sounds like a crappy vibe to me.
what i meant was... does anyone actually give a $hit enough to be arguing about whether he 's playing thursday night or not. im actually pretty excited to see kanye.

maybe having kanye on thursday is a good thing, get that poo from my butt out of the way early. ugh
that way you wont have to worry about your poo from my butt all weekend
I didn't worry about my shit all weekend in 2006. Big mistake! When I got home it was like giving birth to a kiwi horned melon fruit ...then after it was finally over and out, the shit just wouldn't go down! I don't quite remember how I solved that problem, but I'm sure you wouldn't want to know anyway...so by 2007 I had made peace with the available facilities and did not hesitate to pile my shit on top of other people's shit as often as need be...just thought everyone could used a tastless shit story today...happy valentine's day!
"Music has always been a matter of energy to me, a question of Fuel. Sentimental people call it Inspiration, but what they really mean is Fuel. I have always needed fuel. I am a serious consumer. On some nights I still believe that a car with the gas needle on empty can run about fifty more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio."

another reason that they don't use the What/Which stages on Thursday is because of the sound, and the people of Manchester still work on Friday, I can't remember where or when I read this, but I've seen it before, this is also the same reason they don't have latenights on the What Stage, it's just too loud, there are sound restricitions at festivals, anybody else know what I'm talking about?

also listing as thursday.
get it outta the way early
So, somebody on Live Daily looked up the dates published on Kanye's website and added words to make it an "article". I don't see that as being any more official than his own website. Personally, I don't see it happening.
On the other hand, I would expect that we would get main stage late night performances from Kanye, Lesh, and MMJ. Either one of them will be playing in the daytime or they'll be getting a tent slot.

with chris rock doing his show on friday on the what stage, i could see kanye playing right before metallica, i could even see chris rock either introducing kanye as he comes out or saying something about him in his set, and i know that kanye isn't a similar act to metallica, but the roots opened for tool last year, i'm just saying....
yeah, that makes sense but it seems like rod and gab went fairly late on thursday last year. i don't remember the exact time they stopped playing though. Of course, Rod/gab don't necessarily have the booming bass that kanye will probably be throwing out, though.

Yea if this is true it sounds good to me...this means a WHOLE more day of music not just a half day....maybe some extra night shows to look forward to..

What's the connection between Kanye and Chris Rock?

Since both are black, some people saw this and automatically they assumed they were friends and therefore will play relatively similar times... but there is no REAL connection...

I just hope Kanye tells me all about how much George Bush hates black people.. And talks about himself for a long period of time.. he should have a longer time frame to talk at the grammy's than any other artist.. because he is by far better than fitty
Kanye on SNL right now. He just proved to me he will be a good fit at roo. The man can put down a rhyme. He just had a pretty sweet freestyle and changed my mind of him quite a bit. Just keep your collar down for me Kanye and your good in my book.
